Ovaj seminar realizovan je u saradnji sa italijanskim partnerima, CrowdAid A.P.S. iz Rima, i Regional Development Agency Srem,, kao deo Erasmus+ projekta „Experiential tourism soft skills and marketing: the real tourism turning point“ (RE-EXPERIENCING).
On the first day of the seminar, the representative of RRA Srem, Dejan Veselinov, held a presentation dedicated to sustainable tourism in a public-private partnership. Examples of successful models, such as Mont-Saint-Michel (France), Villa Asfodeli, Tresnuraghes (Italy), and the Special Nature Reserve Zasavica (Serbia), have been singled out. The participants of the seminar were also presented with recommendations for an easier and more professional implementation of the partnership process.
On the second day of the seminar, the project was presented by Frančesko Frontera. A member of the Municipal Board for Tourism of the town of Scanno also greeted those present. Dejan Veselinov, representative of RRA Srem, spoke about the importance of public-private partnership in the creation of sustainable tourism products and cooperation with stakeholders, as well as about possible projects for the development of sustainable tourism.
During the seminar, the participants actively exchanged ideas on improving the tourism offer of the town of Scanno, exploring the possibilities of implementing good examples from both sides. Delegations from Italy and Serbia visited several households engaged in agrotourism, recognizing the great potential for the destination of Srem. Thus, this seminar significantly contributed to the development of skills and knowledge in the field of experiential tourism, to the strengthening of international cooperation between partners, and to the potential for improving the tourist offer of the destinations involved.
