The visit to the International Technical Fair in Belgrade is becoming a recognizable part of the annual calendar of RRA Srem and RISC SP. This year, the fair was more than an exhibition of technological achievements — it was the stage for an important professional milestone for the RISC SP team. Representatives of the Regional Innovation Startup Center Stara Pazova successfully completed the INNOLEADERS Serbia program and received certificates in Knowledge Brokering and Innovation Leadership. The certificates were formally awarded at the Technical Fair, as part of the closing event that brought together Serbia’s broader innovation community.
INNOLEADERS Serbia is a multi-month training program designed for practitioners working at the intersection of science, industry, and innovation — those who connect, translate, and accelerate the transfer of knowledge between institutions, companies, and the research community. The program is a structured process that guides participants through the development of concrete competencies needed to build and strengthen innovation ecosystems. It was implemented in collaboration with TUM International, NALED, the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, and the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation. Representatives of these partner organizations also served as panelists at the closing event, where discussions centered on the future of Serbia’s innovation ecosystem and the role of knowledge and networking in building competitive regional environments.
Beyond the certificate ceremony, the fair was — as every year — a valuable opportunity for encounters with colleagues from across Serbia’s innovation community. It is precisely this exchange of experience and the forging of new connections that make the visit worthwhile — not only as an informational event, but as a relational one for all those working on innovation ecosystem development.
With these certificates, RRA Srem and its branch RISC SP further strengthen their capacities to support startup teams, develop innovative projects, and create a stronger environment for entrepreneurship in Srem, continuing to build bridges between the local innovation community and national and international partners.
