Director of The RDA Srem, Mr. Milan Miric, and the team members, have met with Mr. Kobayashi Hideo, expert for SMEs of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). The reason for this visit is implementation of mentoring programs for SMEs in the Srem region.
The main activities of mentoring consist of mentors’ visits in a certain enterprise and analysis of the current situation, assistance in the preparation of development activities, consultations and coordination in the implementation of existing strategies for the company, and identifying training needs of employees.
For the purposes of implementing of the program, two employees of RDA Srem were trained for mentoring, Mrs Dragana Dragic Stankovic and Mr. Zoran Radaković. Mentoring training was conducted in cooperation with NARD and JICA, which has financed the realization of the program.
During a public call, RDA Srem has received four applications from interested enterprises for the mentoring program. The four enterprises involved in the mentoring program are: Carbon – Municipality of Indjija, Auto Moto Club Ruma, Centre of New Technologies-Ruma and Andric Company-Ruma. Mentoring services are completely free for the enterprises, and will last until the end of November, with a total of 50 hours of mentoring per client.
During his visit in the premises of RDA Srem, Mr Kobayashi has expressed his satisfaction with the preparations of Srem RDA for implementation of this program and for well-organized team of mentors. He congratulated RDA Srem for achievement of excellent results in such a short time from its establishment.
