In the framework of the regular monitoring and evaluation which is realized in the premises of the Red Cross in Sremska Mitrovica, the first Monitoring Project “Boards without borders, improving the quality of life for marginalized groups through access to people – the people,” funded by the EU under the Cross-Border Programme Croatia-Serbia / instrument for Pre-Accession assistance (IPA).
Monitoring, as a regular activity of the process of project management has been held in order to make sure the project activities are implemented in a manner-designed plan, i.e. whether the results achieved correspond to the results predicted within planed and defined period and budget.
Tatjana Jovančević, Secretary of the Red Cross and Project Manager, together with representatives of RDA Srem who provide technical support to the project, reported Tatjana Guberinić, Task Manager of the Joint Technical Secretariat Antenna-office, on the status of the project and put everything in accordance with the envisaged action plan. Way of promotion of the project is also a significant indicator that the project and donor are visible in the region.
The achievement of defined results, the timely detection of risks, overcoming of difficulties are the most important steps of successful continuation of the project.
