Workshop within the project “Development of e-business”, financed by the European Union, was realized on the 27th October 2015 in cooperation with the Regional Development Agency Srem and the City of Sremska Mitrovica.
Tanja Mijajlović, the project manager in the Regional Development Agency Srem, addressed to the participants and so did Mr Leszek Jakubowski, Project Leader, who presented the project’s objectives and emphasized the importance of digital applications for improving business, which would provide domestic entrepreneurs to be more competitive in the both domestic and international markets.
Igor Brkanović, expert for SMEs support presented the ways to support the project in the future and announced that fifty SMEs will receive direct assistance in order to improve their business (web site, online payments, etc.).
Sinisa Begovic, an expert on the project, presented the basics of e-management, e-commerce and marketing to over thirty representatives of SMEs from Srem who attended the workshop.
The present businesspersons appraised that the information obtained will be of a great significance in further development of their businesses.
